Planning a trip
If you want a plan for your own trip, the fastest route is the trip planner form. It asks the questions we would ask anyway, so the first reply can be useful rather than a request for more details. Sending it costs nothing.
Everything else
Our public email address is not published yet. Until it is, please use the trip planner form for trip questions, and include a note in the last step if your message is about something else. We reply in English or German.
We are based in Bosnia and Herzegovina and work Central European time. Replies usually take a day or two, a little longer at weekends.
What we cannot help with
We do not book accommodation, tours, transfers or car hire, we cannot issue invoices for third party services, and we are not able to advise on visas or border decisions, which depend on your nationality and current rules.
