How It Works

   Tell us about your trip

   Ten questions, a few minutes. Dates, arrival point, who is travelling, what you want to see, how fast you want to move, how you want to get around and what you plan to spend.

2. 02

   We confirm and you pay

   We read the request, check that the trip you describe fits the days you have, and reply with the scope and payment details for the €49 plan.

3. 03

   You get the itinerary

   The plan arrives by email. It is written for your dates and your route, not assembled from a template.

The itinerary is a working document for your trip rather than a brochure. It is built in the order you will travel, so you can follow it from the day you land.

• Route: which destinations, in which order, and how many nights each one gets
• Daily plan: what to do each day, grouped so you are not crossing the same town twice
• Transport: how you move between stops, whether a car is worth it, and where buses are simpler
• Driving and travel times that reflect mountain roads rather than straight line distance
• Accommodation: which neighbourhood or area to look in at each stop, and what to avoid
• Food and coffee suggestions by area, in the style of somewhere a local would actually go
• Season notes: what your dates mean for crowds, weather, daylight and what is open
• A short list of what to book ahead and what can wait

We are not a booking platform and not an agency. That matters for how the advice reads.

• We do not sell or resell accommodation, tours, transfers or car hire
• We do not take commissions, so there is nothing we are steering you toward
• We do not handle your bookings or payments to third parties
• We do not guide in person, and we do not accompany trips

The one thing we sell is the plan. If you want a place booked, you book it, with whoever gives you the best price on the day.

We reply to new requests quickly, usually within a day or two. The plan itself takes longer, because it involves real work on your route: a standard week takes a few days after payment, a longer or more complicated trip takes a little more.

If you are travelling within the next two weeks, say so in the notes step. We will tell you honestly whether we can turn it around in time.

• First time visitors who want a route that works rather than a list of everything
• Travellers combining Bosnia with Croatia, Montenegro or Serbia and unsure how to sequence it
• People with limited days who need to know what to cut
• Anyone who would rather spend the planning hours somewhere else

It is less useful if you already know Bosnia well, or if you enjoy the planning itself. In that case the travel guides are free and cover most of the same ground.
