When you send a trip request through the trip planner, we store the answers you give in that form.

• Your name and email address, so we can reply
• Your travel dates, arrival point, party details, interests, pace, transport, accommodation preference and budget range
• Any notes you choose to add
• The page the request was sent from and, where your browser provides it, the referring page

The information is used to answer your request and to write your itinerary. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for one.

Requests are stored in the database that runs this website. Access is limited to the people who plan trips. Email correspondence is stored in our mailbox.

We keep trip requests while they are relevant to planning or answering questions about a completed trip, and delete them once they no longer serve that purpose.

You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Reply to any email from us and say so, and we will act on it.

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.
