Terms of Service

BosniaLocal sells one service: a written, personalized itinerary for a trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina, currently priced at €49 per trip. The plan is delivered by email.

We are not a travel agency or tour operator. We do not book, sell or resell accommodation, transport, tours or insurance, and we do not act as your agent with any third party. All bookings and payments to providers are made by you, on your own terms.

Sending a trip request is free and creates no obligation on either side. Work begins once we have confirmed the scope by email and payment has been received.

If your dates or plans change, tell us and we will adjust the itinerary where it is reasonable to do so. If the plan does not match what you asked for, tell us what is wrong and we will revise it.

Recommendations are made in good faith and reflect conditions as we understand them at the time of writing. Opening times, transport schedules, road conditions, weather and prices change. You remain responsible for your own travel decisions, documents, insurance, driving and safety.

Your itinerary is written for your trip and is for your own use. Please do not republish or resell it.

These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
